With long, sun-filled days, low rainfall and cool breezes from the Tasman Sea, Tertini's Marengo Farm provides ideal growing conditions for premium cool climate wines.
Naturally fermented and matured on lees for 10 months before bottling, the Chardonnay is a delicate balance of citrus flavour, subtle toastiness and crisp acidity. Made without malolactic fermentation or battonage, this is a modern style of Chardonnay, with a rounded texture from time in French oak.
