The Gallimard Cuvée de Réserve Blanc de Noirs NV is made entirely from Pinot Noir grapes – 30% reserve wine and 10% solera from 6 vintages. A multi-award winning Champagne, it is full-bodied and rich, whilst still vibrant and aromatic. Light gold in colour, it is beautifully balanced with baked apple, berry and brioche on the nose, and a creamy, yet refreshing palate. From a long-time Grand Cru grower producer in the heart of the Côte des Blancs, the Pierre Moncuit Brut Rosé NV is an assemblage of about 88% Chardonnay and 12% Pinot Noir, with all the fruit coming from Grand Cru vineyards in Les Mesnil and Ambonnay. Light in colour, with a persistent fine bead and subtle raspberry and strawberry aromas. Delicate and pretty Champagne, lively on the palate with a long finish. An excellent aperitif, or can also be enjoyed with desserts with red fruits. 12%
