From a long-time grower producer in Champagne, the Pierre Moncuit Brut Rosé is an assemblage of about 88% Chardonnay and 12% Pinot Noir, with all the fruit coming from Grand Cru vineyards in Les Mesnil and Ambonnay. Light in colour, with a persistent fine bead and subtle raspberry and strawberry aromas. Delicate and pretty Champagne, lively on the palate with a long finish. An excellent aperitif, or can also be enjoyed with desserts with red fruits. 12%
